    Feb 8 (Reuters) - Veda Group Ltd (VED) :

    • Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of scheme of arrangement, under which equifax inc. will acquire 100% of the shares in Veda
    • Has applied to the federal court of Australia for approval of the scheme at a hearing scheduled for Wednesday, 10 February 2016
