    Feb 10 (Reuters) - Veda Group Ltd (VED) :

    • Court approval received (VED)
    • Says federal court of Australia has today made orders approving the scheme of arrangement between Veda and its shareholders (scheme)
    • Says the scheme, if implemented, will result in Veda becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of equifax inc
    • Expects to lodge copy of court orders with Australian securities and investments commission on 11 February, at which point scheme will become legally effective
