The very strict border restrictions in WA are delaying a lot of oil and gas projects .
A delay in the Cervantes drill would not be a bad thing imo as the pathway to sell oil out of the Perth Basin has no clarity at the moment .
A solution will definitely be found but it is certainly not clear what it will be .
My best guess is it will be an export terminal at Geraldton but that would I think require storage to be built at the port .

Even if the delay was until after revenue from gas started it would not be a bad thing .

We need the other catalysts promised for the Gas assets to come soon as we seem to be drifting backwards at the moment .
