It is not unusual for the share price to fall back to the raise price or even a pip or two under when Sophs are involved in placements . Some of them are just in for a quick turn over profit and if they don't get that they are prepared to take a small loss to recycle their capital into the next deal .
However once the overhang clears the SP should respond to the program that they have got ahead. Sounds like they are prepared to raise more than $2 million if it is there . Hard to judge how it will go as the Market for explorers is fickle at the moment even as gas prices look solid on the East coast.
