Yes oscarWon it might be weeks or months for a final decision on what steps are taken next. But the completion of core testing (physical and chemical) must be a reason for an announcement. Otherwise lots of people will be privy to the good, bad , outstanding nature of the reults and the market needs to be informed.
Otherwise things like the current build up of buyers can be construed as people in the know quietly building their holdings. Though at the rate of sales a rather slow and modest build.
