    • ZHUHAI VIAGOLD IOT ENTERED DEAL WITH WUXI ZHONGLIANJIN WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS CO, WUXI PUXIN STAINLESS STEEL CO
    • UNDER AGREEMENT, A JV CO WILL BE ESTABLISHED IN ZHUHAI, CHINA
    • JV WILL UNDERTAKE TRADING BUSINESS OF WUXI STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRONIC TRADING CENTER
    • 35% OF JV CO SHARES WILL BE HELD BY ZHUHAI VIAGOLD IOT
