To my mind there are 3 fundamental drivers in the short term for this stock:

1) MoU with initial distribution partners in Latin and South America - timeline, could be any time from tomorrow to 3 months form now. But they will need before public beta begins.
2) Succesful sign off by Security Innovation of private beta - timeline 3 months. This is big as it will be one of the first independent third party verifications of a system utilising blockchain tech
3) Launch of public beta - 3 months from now

At each milestone the SP will re-balance to a higher level with a bit of trader shennanigans thrown in. Presuming goes to plan of course.
