    So tell me, since everyone has agreed Stage 2 goes ahead. Then someone "sells the news" today to the tune of 2,400,000 while some Johnny Come Lately buys 2,400,000 for $160k hoping to flip them on an "official announcement" in a month. Yes you bet they will be happy with 10% aka $16k profit. I think the smart money was selling today! Someone was..............
