With the experience that the directors of Viento have between them they should never have gotten themselves into the position they are in now. The aquisition of HVLV was in my opinion the start of the end in my opinion hastened by the loss of experienced management within that company. These guys should have stayed with what they do best, minesite infastructure and small projects not $100M switch room contracts that they know nothing about especially with the Chevrons of the world.
