    No, major issues within the group and venturing into the unknown by buying HVLV did them no favors.They should have concentrated on doing what they do best and that is moving dirt. High executive wages and rent plus an old hire fleet on the Mineworks side of the business along with the for mentioned which isn,t travelling well have forced them to their Knees.
