I was a bit "lucky" to get out of this one with just a small loss... annoyed I actually took the bait at one point and averaged down when it was clearly a gamble once the state of HVLV and Powins became clear. Came to my senses a few days later and sold out...

But I agree, with the comment on recent announcements re contracts and director loans having caused unfounded hope. Along with the fact they made it through the 10 March date that had been highlighted for expected receivables due, I was thinking maybe they were going to be able to somehow step back from that nasty current ratio. Not to be. The inability to meet the 8 April deadline for the rights issue was a flashing red light and the required miracle didn't occur.
