News: Vision Eye Institute receives offer from Pulse Health

    Vision Eye Institute (ASX:VEI) has just announced to the market that it has received an unsolicited offer from Pulse Health (ASX:PHG).

    Both companies are currently in trading halts.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 8th July 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
