    • Joint venture greenbank (VLW)
    • The purchase price is $50 million (exclusive of gst) with settlement anticipated to occur in stages during FY 2018 and FY 2019
    • Says Greenbank joint venture is expected to commence contributing to the company's profit in FY 2018
    • Jv with Greenfields Development Company, agreed to unconditional purchase of 153 hectare site at Greenbank, South Of Brisbane
