Today's price represents a P/E of 5.83x
Since FY'10 the only time it has been lower is in FY'14 when it hit 5.31x
So only one in 8 years has it been lower than today's P/E ratio
The current NTA for Villa World is $2.34 per share. So every time you buy at today's price of $2.01 you are gaining 16.4% on NTA alone.
Today's share price of $2.01 represents a dividend yield of 9.2% and if you add franking credits it is a mind blowing yield of 13.1%
There is not one dollar of goodwill on the balance sheet it is all good solid net assets.
I hope the Board buy as many shares back as possible as I will share in a further increase in NTA.
I have doubled my holdings since mid September and I am very, very happy.
Today's announcement from the company confirmed it is on track to meet guidance with a record pre sales pipeline.
Don't mention this to anyone as this little gem is the best kept secret on the ASX.
