No firm date but based on their last disclosure the bidding firm had until mid June to exclusive access to books to make a firm offer.

Based on the fact election went for Liberals and property is very slowly picking up i would expect a significantly higher bid or expect the board to stand up for the best interest of all holders and reject the takeover.

Only time will tell how things go.
