    Aug 31 (Reuters) - Villa World Ltd (VLW) :

    • Silverstone litigation resolved (VLW)
    • Agreement in principle has now been reached between all parties for the

      resolution of the proceedings

    • Contribution to proposed settlement expected to be within and not different

      from provisions made in co's financial statements
