In my opinion, this is very prudent.

With a resource this big, you want the market to remained singularly focused on the sheer scale of the resource.

If you start releasing mets that, by virtue of the size of the deposit cannot be representative of final feasibility, then either they are
(1) initially great and you get a spike and trough roller-coaster (which is not the best way to create a sustainable share price rise), or
(2) they look meh and investors on the periphery write it off as a duster and your share price languishes (and financing suffers).

Phillipa's approach is to play to our known strength in this early stage and then capitalise on that base later if the mets are good. I like it.
