VYR, All ordinaries or any other index inclusion is calculated by Market Capitalization.
Market capitalization is determined by the number of shares multiplied by the SHARE PRICE.
In other words, VMT is not headed to be in any significant index until it's share price rises. I suspect it will require a very large rise indeed and then it needs to STAY there..
To be in the All Ordinaries the market capitalisation needs to be at least 0.2% of all the shares listed on the ASX. At a market cap of about $90 Million VMT is not even anywhere near close.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see VMT on some index fund managers must hold list.
I am looking forward to VMT annual report. Hoping for some indication of share price revival driven by business improvements.
