    • RECEIVED FIRM COMMITMENTS FOR A$17 MILLION PLACEMENT
    • FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR MULGA ROCK BFS AND ALLIGATOR RIVER DRILLING PROGRAM
    • PLACEMENT AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF 17 AU CENTS PER SHARE
