    I just watched the investor conference featuring Matt Fahey. For anyone who missed it:

    • The MNF direct business acquisition will be finalized Monday next week.
    • CEO Matt Fahey believes the acquisition is highly complementary.
    • Cross Selling: The majority of newly acquired MNF customers only purchase voice services. Vonex plans to target these customers and offer them mobile and internet services as well. This could increase recurring revenue significantly.

    Looks like i'm going to have to find some cash for this cap raise lol
