    • REALWISE GROUP ELECTED TO CONVERT ITS CONVERTIBLE NOTE INTO ORDINARY SHARES
    • CONVERSION PRICE OF A$0.04482 PER SHARE
    • RESULTING CONVERSION WILL SEE REALWISE GROUP BE LARGEST SHAREHOLDER OF VINYL GROUP WITH ABOUT 34% HOLDING
