AMADEUS AMA.MC Spanish travel booking group Amadeus AMA.MC on Tuesday said its third-quarter adjusted net profit rose 44% from the same period a year ago to 315.5 million euros ($337.71 million) thanks to the global air traffic recovery.
Separately, it said on Monday it started a share buyback programme of up to 625.3 million euros.
REPSOL REP.MC Extending Spain's windfall tax on large energy companies would put at risk 16.5 billion euros ($17.7 billion) in investments linked to the energy transition, a lobby group representing the country's main oil companies warned on Monday.
SOLTEC SOLPW.MC Soltec said on Monday it received administrative construction authorization for 200 MW project in Spain.
ARIMA REAL ESTATE ARM.MC The company said on Tuesday it completed a sale of an office building Maria de Molina for 30.4 million euros.
AMPER APE.MC The company said on Monday it signed an investment agreement.
ACS ACS.MC ACS's Australian unit Cimic and private equity fund Apollo sold their final stake in Australia's Ventia (VNT) , the two stakes represented about 12% of the company's capital, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday. At market prices, ACS would cash in about 170 million Australian dollars ($109.29 million) for its 7%, the newspaper added.
UNICAJA UNI.MC Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) said on Monday that Norway's sovereign fund Norges Bank raised its stake in Unicaja to 7.47%.
INDRA IDR.MC Indra's new strategic plan, expected in the coming weeks, might include the possible sale of a stake of up to 49% in Minsait, the group's technology division, Spanish online news website El Confidencial reported on Tuesday, citing unidentified sources close to the company.
REPSOL REP.MC Morgan Stanley cut the company to "equal weight" from "overweight" and cut its target price to 16.4 euros from 18.3 euros.
VISCOFAN VIS.MC Berenberg raised its target price to 58.3 euros from 56.6 euros.
