Actually, this is one where I don't consider insider trading very likely. The signs have been pretty clear since early in the year that we were heading for $3. I didn't see it doing it in such a hurry... I kind of expected a dreary downhill creep over 18 months instead of a 3-month plummet.
Long term I see fair value for Vocus as being between $3.00 and $3.50.
