    • DAMSTRA HAS COMPLETED ITS CAPITAL RAISING AND IS IN A POSITION TO COMPLETE ONE-OFF PAYMENT OF DEFERRED CONSIDERATION OF $2.05 MILLION
    • DAMSTRA HAS REQUESTED, AND COMPANY HAS AGREED, TO EXTEND PAYMENT DATE OUT TO 18 OCTOBER 2019
