VRC is a high risk, spec stock!
But it could be a very lucrative investment if it becomes a successful mining company!
There appears to be no reason for the Tanz. government not to give approval or mining!
VRC has a number of off-take agreements in place for ore mined in stage 1!
Some of the agreements are binding!
The novel approach to raising the $40 funding required could be a success!
Being at such a low share price the potential upside for VRC is huge, a multi bagger!
At a sp of just 6c, the growth is 300%!
300% growth that would take from 100 years to 200 years in bank!
WKT would have to rise from 15c to 45c to compare with this rise!
MNS would have to rise from 36c to $1.08 to compare with this rise!
At a 10c sp, growth is 500%!
That would take from 150 years to 400 years in a bank!
WKT would need to have a sp of 75c, and MNS a sp of $1.80, to compare with this!
And a big plus for the long delay in getting the mining licence approval:
Most investors hold shares bought 12 months or so ago, so tax is based on half the profit!
It is much nicer to pay tax on $250,000 profit, than $500,000 profit!!!!
So, it is not all doom and gloom. The risks are there but the rewards could be huge!
That is the risk that you take in owning a spec stock!
(This comparison does not mean that VRC is a better stock, or has more chances of success than WKT or MNS. However the potential is there for higher profits to be made on small rises in its sp!)
