Hi guys, I read through the Mittleman presentation. It’s the big piece of the puzzle for me, as to why BGH are hanging about like a bad smell. There is a lot of money to take out of minority holders’ hands. While I had opened the door to possibly thinking about succumbing to what looked like the inevitable, this presentation reminded me why I have been so cranky and heated about this terrible deal from Day 1. And that is because of simply that - it is terrible for everyone except VRC and BGH, at the expense of minority shareholders. Selling us out at the total bottom. ‘Opportunistic’ is putting it too kindly.
