    • UPDATE ON BGH TRANSACTION-VRL.AX
    • PARTIES AGREED ON CASH CONSIDERATION OF $2.32/VRL SHARE UNDER STRUCTURE A SCHEME & $2.22/VRL SHARE UNDER STRUCTURE B SCHEME
    • GIVEN QUEENSLAND BORDER RESTRICTIONS AND DEFERRAL OF MAJOR FILM RELEASES, PARTIES AGREED THAT THOSE UPLIFTS WILL NOT BE PAYABLE
    • INDEPENDENT EXPERT CONCLUDED THAT BGH TRANSACTION IS IN BEST INTERESTS OF VRL SHAREHOLDERS
