Fair enough - 17% above the offer price is hard to ignore.
Given the handbrake of the offer prices, today's pricing confirms to me that "the market" is prepared to ignore the false value the BOD and BGH are trying to pass off.
I'm still assuming the bulk of the buying today is Mittleman and Spheria. Another 500k share order at $2.50. I'm prepared to play it out.
Both scheme's are surely dead now, they might as well bin BGH and get on with it.
