The VRC holders control 80m shares and keep chanting "this is all in your best interests".

OK then - the SP is now $0.30 above the offer that you guys keep pushing on us, sell all your shares to Mittleman and Spheria and walk away with a $24m premium on your 80m shares. Well and truly better than the "in your best interest" proposal surely? Not selling would be complete hypocrisy wouldn't it?

The market price moving above the offer price is a clear indication that it's not at all in our best interest. The market couldn't possibly pay more than the offer price if it believed what you keep telling us - that the SP is most likely to drop if these schemes don't pass.

More to the point - how do us retail holders ever trust this board again? They've done nothing but rubbish the company and it's prospects in the past 6 months.
