I think that the fees they are getting for surveyors / survey crews on the larger infrastructure projects is too low to sustain the company overheads. As the larger projects come to an end they are trying to compete in the general survey market to keep revenues up. Their low rates mean that whilst they may capture general surveying work, they will continue to bleed money, as their structure is NOT set-up up for small projects / small jobs. I think the trend in the share price chart clearly indicates the reality of the market place they now find themselves in.
