These guys have made an art form of destroying shareholder value. Governance team and senior management not fit for purpose.
Cant believe they're still standing.
If the 249d resolution had been carried some time ago, and the initiatives proposed by the proponents implemented, on my calcs the share price would be 20c today.
Admittedly, there were some hard decisions needed, but once taken, some of the shareholder value would've been restored.
Sad state of affairs for all, particularly long suffering shareholders.
Internationally recognised definition of insanity - ' doing today, what you do did yesterday, and expect a different result'.
They're a crazy bunch!!
