I think its time the board updated shareholders on the process and timing of divestiture. It may be a difficult process, not the administrative one, but the ability to get funding they want at a price point. Who will invest in Acura when the money raised will go to VRS and only a portion into Acura. Will they be able to fund their future ? and equally so for VRS, even if you give them $15m or more they are so unprofitable you'd expect that to dwindle rather than kick start a revenue book. Either tell people where you are at, or just take a haircut in expense drop the unprofitable back to break even and focus on the future of one. Sell one off to fund the growth in the other, but you cant ask people to fund two equally unprofitable companies and double the overhead listing costs, let alone the transaction and legal costs to get you there.Investors are not dumb, they wont cop it twice.
