    • VTH RE ACCEPTS TENTH MAFM PROPOSAL
    • VTH RE ACCEPTS TENTH MAFM PROPOSAL
    • DETERMINED THAT IT IS IN BEST INTERESTS OF VTH UNITHOLDERS TO ACCEPT TENTH MAFM PROPOSAL
    • AGREED TO AMEND SCHEME IMPLEMENTATION DEED WITH MAFM TO REFLECT TERMS OF TENTH MAFM PROPOSAL
    • INFORMED BY ROC THAT IT DOES NOT CURRENTLY INTEND TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER OFFER ABOVE ITS EXISTING OFFER
    • VTH RE ENGAGEMENT WITH ROC HAS NOW CEASED
