June 24 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:
** Barclays BARC.L has struck a deal worth around 2.3 billion pounds ($2.8 billion) to buy specialist lender Kensington Mortgage Company, extending its reach in Britain's housing market.
** Carmaker Stellantis STLA.MI will invest 50 million euros ($52 million) to buy a 8% stake in miner Vulcan Energy Resources (VUL) , becoming its second-largest shareholder and extending to 10 years a supply agreement for climate-friendly lithium.
** Brazilian oil company Petrobras' PETR4.SA management approved on Thursday the sale of its entire stake in the Golfinho and Camarupim deepwater oil fields for up to $75 million to Norway's BW Energy Ltd BWE.OL .
** Software company Zendesk Inc ZEN.N , which has a market value of over $7 billion, is close to a deal with a group of buyout firms that includes Hellman & Friedman LLC and Permira, people familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
** Canada's competition bureau is expected to ask Rogers Communications Inc RCIb.TO to sell Shaw Communications Inc's SJRb.TO cellular business to overcome antitrust concerns presented by Rogers' C$20 billion ($15.4 billion) acquisition of Shaw, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday.
