Yes I think so. Stellantis are in negotiations with the Italians for a new Gigafactory as well but this agreement with Vulcan may change their thinking. They have mentioned one for the US. And my guess is that it will be near the Salton Sea to take advantage of their agreement with CTR so I wouldn't be surprised if they stick one near or close to the Upper Rhine now.
