Fixed offtake price with floor and ceiling , connections to policy maker in Eu and German, whole team setup and other key aspects, Vul did everything right.
Management team is not that smart. From my memory, it is EIT Europe helping setup all these key things from 2019 and Vul only need to pay Eit after each step succeeded.
Does anyone have more details because I can't find the original 2019 announcement anymore .
