You point out some relevant stats that don't change the basic fact that this once good business is in free fall. While a number of previous members have taken the $4 membership parking option, material numbers haven't and have cancelled memberships. This business was already experiencing growing pains as it aggressively expanded. It now has an additional expense line to repay the considerable survival debt that it has acquired that won't in any way improve infrastructure or assets. That debt as well as all pre existing finance/leasing commitments still need to be serviced with what for now for is zero revenue and for the immediate future very compromised revenue. Hard to see that a low price CR won't be that far away It's your money and I wish you luck. There are much better places to park it with the opportunities currently available IMO.
