The govt isn't placing restrictions on passenger numbers when Qantas starts flying again as they are for gym's.
VVA has significant liabilities in property and equipment leases, has just loaded up on debt and with the headcount and activity restrictions for gym's mandated revenue will be strangled for the foreseeable future.
