I can't see how diluting the stock prior to the inevitable re-rate that would occur when financials are in is good management. Investors backed it at 5.4c with no financials and deserved to have their faith rewarded when the results came in. Just more cheap shares killing any recovery momentum from the Covid dip when we don't need the cash and sours the good news of current earnings.
