and down we go...whatever the strategy, it is SP vandalism to raise cash at a discount when you are trading below your asset value. Companies in trouble have to do it and this one isn't remotely in trouble. So why do it? cheap shares for those with plenty of shares already and plenty of money...directors hoping to clean up a good portion as we don't have the liquidity for holders to sell to fund the raise without going to the raise price. Poor form to start the companies story.
