The problem for me is the lead times. For a big client it can be 18 months+ until material cashflow starts coming through. (evidenced by their latest contract having no material impact this year) 6 months to win and sign a big client ---> followed by another 6 months to implement across the firm ---> followed by another up to 12 months until government makes tax return.
