    Nov 8 (Reuters) - Wakenby Ltd (WAK)

    • Will acquire 100 percent of issued capital of Roman Kings Ltd
    • As consideration for deal WAK will issue on a post-consolidation basis, 21.5 million shares to shareholders of Roman Kings
    • Company to raise capital of a minimum A$5m and maximum of A$7 million
