It is part of the NTA, you are buying WAX and the profits reserve with your own money. In my opinion, this is how I feel: you are paying for dividends/profits reserve upfront, which then be paid to you (paying yourself). You are betting that this profits reserve and WAX's portfolio would continue to grow.
