I would have thought good buying at this price particularly when you view its price history. However it is still at a premium to it's NTA.
It surely is at a premium - but has consistently been paying 4.5c and now 5c per half year for a long time. Despite the premium, I am happy to accept a consistent 8.5% net or a tad over 12% grossed (for franking). Even at a 4.5% dividend the rate is 7.7% net and 11% gross.
