    It is likely the 'bearish' trend is a result of lack of capital growth in recent years and the very large premiums seen until the last few months.

    However, the current yield including a 60% imputation credit (applied at the last dividend declared), is roughly 12% and that is worth having, even as a fixed interest yield. There is even a possibility of some capital gain from here, with the current premium being under 10%.
