Again I’m positive on WBC.
Share buy back will result in a 3% reduction in cap, major cost cutting exercises taking place over the next 36 months, 2.4% half year dividend, all this after a 30% sell off.
Interest rates rising 1.5% over the next 24 months.
Im positive, actually I’m excited about the long term profitability on my WBC holding.
As always don’t invest if you have intention of selling. Leave your portfolio to your great grandchildren!
People don’t comprehend just how much 1.5+ billion dollars profit actually is.
CBA needs a share consolidation to remain WBCs main competition. I think WBC is the pick of the four.
