Take the profit today and get a smaller tax refund. Hold today for the franking credits and get a larger refund.
Add my marginal tax rate to the 30% franking credit- ignore the paper losses tomorrow and focus on tax refund time next year- regale the kids again about how boomers built the tax system- chuck in another ramble about paying 17% on the mortgage in the day- pay them back for claiming that boomers destroyed the Voice vote... where was I?
