Paydirt7, yes again like others, on this I think you are right but the question is when. While the current Executive and Board/ Chair are still there, either acting or not, there are probably going to be a few falls to the bearish resistance, say down to $24 AUD, but I do not think it goes much below $24.
To get a decent jump worth the carry, the Executive and Board need to become long term, stop having these people acting, and need to be seen as the solution and not part of the problems. I do not think we have perhaps seen the bottom but think WBC will recover when the Board and Executive integrity comes back which possibly needs a few permanent appointments.
