Sept 19 (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank DBKGn.DE Australia said on Monday it hired Westpac Institutional Banking's infrastructure director, Bree Bailey, to oversee coverage of its renewable and infrastructure sectors.
Bailey joins Deutsche after spending more than 10 years in several roles at Westpac Banking Corp (WBC) . Most recently, she oversaw the bank's infrastructure and energy sectors.
"We are delighted to have Bree join the team and will benefit from her experience in providing debt solutions to key infrastructure and energy projects and deep relationships in this sector," Hans Bonestroo, Deutsche Bank's head of coverage for the corporate bank in Australia, said.
The German bank has, in recent months, looked to strengthen its commercial real estate business in the Americas, and hired a string of bankers and directors.
