I concur, after selling out of wbc in October last year for around $24ps in preference for the safety of a high interest account. I am again starting to buy back in at 22.60ps today with the anticipation of being all in on the next wbc ex dividend date and reap the rewards of franking credits in my tax return shortly after. my reasoning is that the dividend return is greater than the current interest rates in a high interest savings account, and of course I'm buying my shares back at a considerably cheaper price than I sold them for in October. My plan is to slowly average down over the next two months if the price keeps dropping and sell when it's back over $24ps again. The weakness in sellers vs buyers is why I'm slowly accumulating. If the buyers queue was double the sellers I would be all in now but that's just not the case so caution is required.
